Mr. Bancale has served on the LVISD Board of Trustees for 29 years. He served as Board President in 1981-82, 1987-88, 1993-94, 1998-99, and 2005-2006.  Mr. Bancale is a member of the National School Boards Association and Texas Association of School Boards. He is married to Lillian Bancale and they have two children, Michael and Angela. Mr. Bancale is retired, and occupies his time by traveling, working out, cooking, and spending time with his grandchildren, and great-granddaughter.
