Mr. Jennings, the current Board Secretary, has been a LVISD trustee for 15 years, and also served as Board President in 1996-97 and 2003-2004. He has a Bachelors of Science Degree from Houston Tillotson College and is a retired educator. He is a member of the National Education Association, the Waco TSTA/NEA, is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, and attends the Greater Ebernezer Baptist Church. Mr. Jennings is married to Sandra Jennings and they have one son, Clay.  His interests include sports and mechanics.
