Message from the Principal Dear Parents, It is a wonderful honor to serve as the principal of the La Vega Elementary School. As acknowledged by our mission statement, we are committed to challenging our students academically, while promoting a safe, orderly, caring, and supportive environment. As we begin this new school year, I welcome the privilege of serving as your principal. I look forward to seeing our faculty, students, parents, and community throughout the year at our various programs and events. Some of these activities include book fairs, career day, cultural programs, & field trips. Our students will be tomorrow’s community leaders, therefore we strive to do what is best for them in all areas. These areas include academic, behavior, fine arts, physical education, and citizenship. As LVE principal, it is my pleasure to work with our parents and faculty to help create a positive learning environment for our students.
