Students are required to live within the defined boundaries of the La Vega Independent School District to enroll at a LVISD campus. To enroll your child, please bring his/her: 1. Proof of residence within La Vega ISD. Listed below are the only documents which will be accepted as proof of residence. The document must show the parent/legal guardian's name and their address within the school district.
2. Emergency contact addresses and phone numbers 3. Doctor and clinic addresses and phone numbers 4. Birth certificate (students new to the district only) 5. Social security card (students new to the district only) 6. Immunization record (students new to the district only) 7. Copy of any court orders or legal documents pertaining to custody of the student For the protection of our students, La Vega ISD will require the person enrolling the student to provide a picture ID. La Vega ISD honors the grade level placement of a student from their former school district. We look forward to the opportunity to enroll your child(ren)!
