Training Schedule

This schedule is a current listing of the classes that are available to La Vega ISD employees. These classes are limited to a maximum of 15 students (unless otherwise noted) and attendees are accepted on a first come first serve basis. Training will be provided at the location indicated in the schedule. All training will be conducted on laptop computer unless otherwise noted. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own laptop if they have one. If an attendee does not possess a laptop, there will be one available for each attendee to use.

Please note the dates and times carefully and check your personal schedule accordingly. If an attendee needs to miss a training, please contact the Training Center at least 24 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made to fill that slot with another interested staff member.


Intel Teach to the Future Technology Integration Training

This course is an intensive 40 hour course in how to integrate technology into your classroom. The class will teach you basic skills in several of the Microsoft Office programs (Word, Power Point, and Publisher). This class will be broken out over the fall semester in 2, 4, and 6 hour sessions depending on meeting dates.

There are only 10 slots available for this class. Registration is limited to Classroom Teachers ONLY! Once the class is filled, I will contact participants with class schedule.
