The Texas Education Agency evaluates public schools and districts under state and federal accountability requirements.  All reports of La Vega ISD can be found here. 
 

Accountability Rating - LVISD  Accountability rating for all districts and campuses are labeled: Not Rated: Declared State of Disaster for 2020. Prior year ratings are available for review. The three domains for measuring the academic performance of districts and campuses are: Student Achievement, School Progress, and Closing the Gaps. Each district received an overall performance rating, as well as performance in each domain. All districts and campuses ratings can be reviewed in Performance Reporting at the Texas Education Agency. 
 
 
Texas Academic Performance Report - Pulls together a wide range of information annually on the performance of students in each school and district. The report provides extensive information on staff, programs, and demographics for each school and the district. 
 
 
Snapshot School District Profiles - provides an overview of public education for a particular district in a specific school year. In addition to state-level information, the profile contains characteristics of the district. Additional historical data is available for each district beginning with 2002-03 through 2019 from the TEA Performance Reporting website. 
 
 
Results Driven Accountability Data and Reports -The Results Driven Accountability (RDA) data is reported at district, region, and state levels on the performance of school districts and charter schools in selected program areas (bilingual education/English as a second language/English learners, other special populations inclusive of students in foster care, students who are homeless, students who are military connected, and special education). Data is provided as downloadable data files. 
 
 

  Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST) - he state's school financial accountability rating system, known as the School Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST), ensures that Texas public schools are held accountable for the quality of their financial management practices and that they improve those practices.  La Vega received: Above Standard Rating.    Community and Student Engagement (CaSE) -  Each school district and campus annually evaluate its performance in the area of community and student engagement using eight specific categories. For review of the overall performance of the district and each campus see the ratings of Exemplary, Recognized, Acceptable, or Unacceptable.
