Bond Election 2024

On May 4, 2024, voters in La Vega ISD approved all of the school district’s 2024 bond propositions on the May 4 ballot totaling $92.9 million.

• Phase 1 of bond construction is the Field House and Locker rooms renovation and the Multi-Use Pavilion.  The Field House and Locker rooms are set to be complete in June 2025.  The Multi-Use Pavilion is set to be completed in January of 2025.
• Phase 2 are the Primary and Elementary Campus additions and these are set to begin in May 2025.
• Phase 3 of bond construction is the Intermediate gym, JH classroom additions, the JH weight room, the Building F parking lot, and the asbestos removal and demo of portions of the old LVHS and these are set to begin in March 2025 and June 2025.
• The fourth phase is construction of the ECHS campus and the HS auditorium renovation.  Renderings are currently being completed and will be shared soon.  These projects will begin in June 2025.
• The fifth and final phase is the stadium renovation to include the press box, restrooms, concession, welcome plaza, and seating.  Those projects will be ready to begin immediately after the last home football game in November 2025.
