Child Nutrition
La Vega ISD’s Child Nutrition Services is committed to recognizing the vital connection between nutrition and education. Our goal is to ensure every student is offered a high-quality, well-balanced, and nutritious meal at both breakfast and lunch. We strive to provide friendly service through a dedicated and professional staff who maintain the highest standards of sanitation and safety. By utilizing cost-effective management practices and adhering to all Child Nutrition Program guidelines, we support student success both in and out of the classroom.
All enrolled La Vega ISD students will receive free breakfast and lunch for the 2025 - 2026 school year! Meal applications are not required.
