Let's Move Waco

The goal of Let's Move Waco (previously Let's Walk Waco) is to help you and your friends feel better, create community and support, and increase your overall movement. You pick your favorite activity, whether it be martial arts, walking, Zumba, line dancing, rock climbing or anything else you might enjoy. Just get moving!


Let's Move Waco Kick-Off

Meet us at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 22nd at the Farmer's Market at Bridge Street Plaza (200 E Elm Street). Everyone is welcome and there will be free giveaways and prize drawings. You can register for Let's Move Waco (formerly Let's Walk Waco) at the Kick-Off Event. Come celebrate the start of Let's Move Waco 2025!


Live Well Waco Quarterly Meeting

Live Well Waco is a community coalition dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of McLennan County residents through collaborative community action, education, and prevention.

Healthy Women and Children Coalition

The Healthy Women and Children Coalition (HWCC) is a group of dedicated community organizations who are working together for a common purpose. The coalition commenced through the Waco-McLennan County Public Health District under the Healthy Texas Babies Initiative.

Doris Miller Community Center offers memberships and day passes to its wellness center, which features a wide variety of weight and cardio machines to help you achieve your fitness goals. Purchase a day pass for just $2 or buy a 30-day membership for $30 (good for 30 visits taken at any time).
