Enrollment / Registration 2024-2025

‍Note: A parent/guardian personal email account is required to enroll a new student.

When completing the enrollment form, you will need to provide current proof of residency documents from the "Proof of Residency" requirements list.

From a computer or personal device, choose from the following: 

1. If you have never had a student enrolled in La Vega ISD and need to enroll a NEW student, you need to click here to submit a New Student Enrollment Form. 
   
   OR
    
2. If you currently have a student in your family enrolled in La Vega ISD (on the last day of the previous school year) and need to enroll a NEW student (for example, a sibling), you DO NOT need to create a new Skyward account.  However, you still need to enroll as a new student for your new child.  Click here to login to your current Skyward account and follow the prompts to enroll your new child.

An online registration form must be completed for ALL returning students. 

• Click the link below to complete the online registration for your student in the 2024-2025 school year.  (Note: this is a student who was enrolled at La Vega ISD on the last day of school for the previous school year).
   
• This application is available ONLY for students who reside within the La Vega ISD school district boundary.  The only exception will be for students who have been approved for an out-of-district transfer. 
   
• Click here to complete the registration form for a returning La Vega ISD student.

THE TRANSFER WINDOW FOR 2024-2025 IS NOW OPEN.

1. Out-of-district transfer students who were enrolled at La Vega ISD on the last day of the previous school year, will register as a "returning student" (upon receiving approval for the upcoming school year). 
    
2. Out-of-district transfer students who were NOT enrolled at La Vega ISD on the last day of the previous school year, will need to register as a "new student" (upon receiving approval for the upcoming school year).
    
3. When you receive confirmation of your child's transfer request, then you can proceed to register each child based on the information provided above.  

• Please pay the $55 non-refundable transfer application fee prior to submitting the transfer application.  (Transfer fee required except for children of current employees).
• There are no tuition fees or any other transfer-related fees.
• Applications will not be accepted, processed, or reviewed until the non-refundable transfer application fee has been paid. 
• Payments must be paid using the online payment form.  Use the links below.
• Please retain the email you receive after making your payment. You will need proof of payment when completing the online transfer application.
• Look for an email receipt after you submit your payment.  You will need it later in the application submission process.  See example here.

Your child needs to register as a new student.

Your child is a new student if one of the following applies:

• The student has NEVER been enrolled at La Vega ISD.
• The student was not enrolled at any La Vega ISD campus on the last day of the prior school year.
• The student was previously enrolled at La Vega ISD, withdrew, and is now returning.
